Early to rise. Got a nice start to the day. A good breakfast and then off to pick up my ‘client’ for WHEELS.
When she answered the door, we took a look at each other and knew we’d met before. Neither of us could figure out where. As we were driving and talking, she asked where I lived. When I told her, she asked if I knew Kay. Yes. Kay goes to my church. BINGO! That’s where we’d met before. When Mom was staying with us (over a year ago), I took her to the Lutheran church.
Margot and I had a good visit and got several errands done. She was willing to let me run my errands with hers. We both had business at the bank and the grocery store. Since we were at the library anyway, I got some more movies. Worked out well for both of us.
I finally finished “Daughter of Persia” by Sattareh Farman Farmaian. I would recommend it to everyone. What a great personal story as well as history of Iran during the last century. Opened my eyes!
