7) Anything else you would like to share with your Team
Let's pretend I didn't do so well the last few days. Let's just say I might not have stuck to my water drinking as I should, or possibly I made some bad choices when it comes to food and snacking. Let's say my left knee is finally coming to an end and I mourn it with lack of movement. Let's pretend for a little while that 's what it is.
So now that we pretended for a bit, here are the facts. If I don't drink my water, I tend to be less focused on good nutrition. Ergo, I am already feeling like I messed up and then I stop tracking. And then I can't get myself motivated for movement. I can't use my left knee anyway, so everything has to be modified. So I learned a TON of stuff about myself this week. Things go great when I drink my water. Amazing fact. So let's continue working on that. I will not back track my days of nutrition, I just didn't put anything in my food tracker. Fresh start tomorrow. without regrets and without self doubt and without being afraid to just keep going. Back to the 2-5 minutes of exercises. I am very excited about next weeks challenge and actually also about the weigh in tomorrow!!Whatever the scale says, I will keep going, drawing strength from this wonderful Traveling Team :)
