I worked again with the foam roller today. It still hurts, but at least I wasn't in tears. I know it is helping, though it will take time. I did some reading online today about foam rollers - one trainer has his clients work on the rollers before and after a workout. I am going to try to work on it a little each day.

Today I finished piecing my daughter's wedding quilt (I will post a picture later). I won't be able to quilt it for a couple of weeks. First, I have to hem a wedding dress, make a baby quilt and make a Easter dress for a friend.

Tonight my husband and I had the pleasure of having dinner with some missionaries we support. They are with Jews for Jesus in Israel.

    Your days sound full of sewing! I also made wedding quilts for all 4 of our kids and have made quilts for each of the grandsons. Two more coming up, as first granddaughter is due in July and another grandbaby due in Oct!

    You are so busy Carrie. We started using those foam rollers in our exercise class and I am not sure if I like them either. They can "hurt."
