Busy, Busy, Busy

Been skipping a few days here and there so I am not glued to my computer as much as I have been. Trying to kick the point obsession I have sometimes.

Did a quick walk on Wednesday, found a slippery spot and went down on my knees. Nothing hurt, just didn't expect that when I had turned to head for home. Trying to eat good, buying a banana to have with my baby carrots for lunch this week to increase my fruits and veggies. Jim cooked up some chicken breasts yesterday so supper was all ready when I got home from work. Was really tasty, and not too spicy. He cut it up in cubes and cooked it with onions and an oriental sauce.

Have this Sunday off, hoping the weather won't be too bad. Could be a snow storm Saturday night, but not sure if it will happen or not. The weather stations keep changing it up. Just hope if we get something it won't be a lot of snow. Sounds like it could be more rain than snow so things could get slippery.

I did go down a pound finally this week. I haven't been doing very well lately. Scales seems to be going up more than down. So looking forward to warmer temps and getting out more.
I like to ride my bike and want to get back on it soon.

I finally got off the weight plateau I was on. I hope things don't get too icy!

I've been having trouble with weight gain since my cardiologist put me on a beta blocker. I've stayed mostly within my meal plan and exercised regularly but can't seem to slow down the gain.
