Day Five
Did I stick to proper portions? Sadly, nope. I thought maybe I was doing well enough to challenge myself with some ice cream but... oops, suddenly the entire pint was gone. I didn't plan it! I was good about portions for everything else but I still ended up about 300 calories over my goal for the day.

Did I do a morning run or yoga in the morning? No, today was a "rest day" before my races this weekend [although I did end up doing 45 minutes on the treadclimber this evening because I was bored and it was better than eating MORE calories]. Although I should have done some yoga, I just slept in and relaxed instead. I'm going to try to wake up early tomorrow before my race to get some yoga in but, we'll see. It still won't count for today.

So, today wasn't such a good day... but onwards to a better one!

    I sometimes get on my treadmill when I am bored also.
