This week has been a challenge to get my habit goals accomplished. I have had 3 children get sick in under a week's time. I have also had very little sleep this week since Monday. What I haven't done is give up. This habit is too important to me.
Day 5 Wednesday March 6th
What can you improve upon?
Tracking. I have been unable to track well this week. I have tried to be careful with what I put into my mouth with little emotional eating during my stressful week. I need to get that plan and tracking in place so for when weeks like this hit (which I hope won't happn again for a very long time), I will feel like I have control.
Day 6 Thurs. March 7th

I did not time to think so I really did not have time to see if I needed motivation for this week
was about taking care of my kiddos. The motivation I have been receiving from my new and old friends this week has been so appreciated. I am not sure everyone knows how far the kind words and goodies have gone this week. A big

I guess I just want to let my team know that I haven't given up on my habit. I intend to get the meal plans up and ready to go and get back to diligent tracking tomorrow (or right now). Food is critical for me to get it right. I need to be able to put something together quickly when everything else around me is moving so fast my head spins. I know I can get back to diligent tracking and eating (and no after dinner emotional eating). I know I can and I will! 5% here I come! Spring here I come for that matter too.
