This is Okay...

Well, I think I'm beginning to get in the habit of eating the right amount of calories. I actually get hungry in the morning and I eat breakfast! I can't remember ever eating breakfast. I am happy to say that I ate enough protein for the first time today! emoticon emoticon emoticon I look forward to exercising everyday. I love how this Sparkpeople is helping me change my lifestyle. I am noticing little changes in how I feel. This is just amazing. emoticon
