Resisting temptations

This is the last day of the blogging challenge for the 5% group. I have managed to blog daily and visited lots of team members' blogs as well.

I think I've done pretty well focusing on my goals. I didn't make it to the Y every morning, but I did look for opportunities to be active.

I ate well, eating more veggies and limiting the processed foods.

I had a workshop today and had to take the girls to school beforehand, so I didn't try to go to the Y this morning. I did take our lunch break to go walk at the Y, then ate my salad and soup while waiting for everyone else to make it back from their lunches.

Breakfast: Smoothie made with 1 banana, strawberries, asparagus, carrots, spinach, protein powder, and ground flax
Snack: grapes
Lunch: spinach salad; homemade chicken, broccoli, and rice soup with added veggies
snack: apple, carrots, almond butter
Dinner: Grilled chicken and tossed salad
snack: banana, almonds
