Time to go back to the basics. So I hit my goal weight and was maintaining for awhile. Next thing I know I weighed myself and the scale reads 10 lbs above my goal weight! What to do? Well, I could just give up, but no, I told myself, I need to get back on SPARKPEOPLE!
My baby step this week is to eat breakfast, strength train daily and get on the bike for at least 20 minutes a day. After my workout have my protein drink! Measure my food and get on the scale for accountability. I have lost 2 lbs so far, but weigh-in day for me will be Wednesday.
