The challenge that I am doing to get more sleep - that has been going very well! My short term goal is to get seven hours a night and long term is 7.5 hours a night. Well, last night I got seven hours and 21 minutes - that is according to my Fitbit. Of course that is an estimate but I am thrilled! So, in order to get through the change to Daylight Savings Time relatively unscathed, I am going to bed early tonight and tomorrow night. No late night social functions or activities for me this weekend! I hope that this will help me adjust to it okay.
In other news, I didn't get in much exercise today (boo!) but this is going to be a gorgeous weekend so I plan to make the most out of it and get lots of outdoor activity in. I do have a ton of stuff to get done but playing outside is going to be one of my priorities!
As far as eating goes, that went very well today - very pleased with that!
