So I have not gotten on the scale in 2 weeks and even though I am not sure what I weigh right now. I am OK with that.
I feel more energetic - there is a spring in my step.
People have been complimenting my skin & hair (thank you water, fruits, veggies & SLEEP)!
My body shape is changing.
I am rewarding myself based on things I CAN control - like # of healthy days vs. non healthy days instead of what the scale says.
I finally accept that my body will drop weight when it's ready...not when I WANT it to.
I finally accept that as long as I keep trying, I WILL get there.
The journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step...and if you keep going down that path, you WILL reach your destination. Somedays you will stray from the path, YES. BUT, you can ALWAYS choose to follow the path right where you left off. It will be waiting for you.
