Here is my report card for the past week. I've upped my running outings following the new challenge I took up. If you have no clue what I'm talking about, go read my previous blog.
The week went by fine, I had no real problem with my running. I even surprised myself Wednesday when I just started running on the treadmill at the gym and went on for 30 minutes straight without being exhausted or winded. I'm getting there. Last fall, I was able to run 10k but since I don't run outside during the winter, I had a set back in my endurance. But I'm not to out of shape.
Got rid of half a pound this week, but I feel it is more than that, but let's just say that my intestines are hanging on to their possessions this week. So, I might see a better number next week.
