My week started out well. I did the Jillian Michaels Beginner Video. Wow, it's supposed to be for beginners, but it challenged me! Circuit 1 starts out with 3 circuits of 30 Jumping Jacks, 10 squats, and 10 Push-ups. So total of 90 Jumping Jacks, 30 squats and 30 Push-ups. OK I remember in grade school how easy Jumping Jacks seemed. but not anymore. By the end of that circuit, I was tired! I will never take Jumping Jacks for granted again!
My strength training was hindered because I had a business trip to Chicago (Yes got to be in the foot of snow that fell while I was there). I did get in some walking as well as plenty of exercise cleaning the snow off my car!
Improvement plan: Back in the office, Need to move at least every few hours, Also try to do Jillian Michaels at least 3 times per week.
