Well, it seems that there might actually be something to this old adage after all. This work week I ate an apple a day at the first sign of hunger between breakfast and lunch, generally around 11:00, and wouldn't you know it: I craved less and ate way less. And I feel good even though I worked hard all week.
I am hoping that I do not tire of these apples. I do like them very much. I could go crazy and have an orange instead one day. Wow. I am living life on the edge, but my new balance will surely keep me from falling off the cliff.
