Last Day: What I Want You To Know

This is the last day of our develop a healthy habit challenge.
I have been blogging about how I would stop mindless eating.
How I need to be more cautious of what I am doing and what's going on.
I am still not using my measuring cups. But not over doing it either.
Today I have been taking care of my mother. Who caught the 24 hour bug.
(That is the same thing I came down sick with last weekend.)
I've been feeding her chicken noodle soup and giving her liquids.
Had a turkey sandwich and apple sauce for lunch today.
Grandmother sent some chicken, deviled eggs, blacked eyed peas, and tea over.
My dad and I were the only ones to eat them since she's been sick.
I made sure I didn't over do the black eyed peas and added some green beans.
That way I wasn't eating just protein and carbs for dinner.
I also did 33minutes of exercise today. Which is good since I still need to move.
Though it wasn't mentioned during my healthy habits I have been trying to think positive. That and motivation is important to those who are trying to get healthy. I know I need it and I know that my Cats and SP friends need it as well.
