Doing my best under the circumstances

Friday, March 08, 2013

This week I have swum twice - GREAT - what fantastic facilities there are in this part of Auckland New Zealand. The only problem is my lack of technology. I have to wait till I'm home in London and then will be well on my way again but for now I have to do the best I can it is so difficult with 4 boisterous little boys to help look after. The weather is hot in fact so hot it is quite often draining. I have limited time on this computer. Lesson learned - get a laptop or a tablet. And I told my husband not to get me a tablet for Xmas as I am not that good with technology!!!! What a mistake that was. Now I have to rely on books for recipes and so on. Anyway time is almost up.

Glad you are alive and well. Here's to a great reunion in the summer here!

I'm sure you are doing better than you think. You will be cooking foods you grew up with, the stuff you know so well. As long as you are not frying everything it will be ok.

    Best wishes and big hugs
