Two steps forward, one step back

Ok, so I made my appointment with a Personal Trainer for Monday, so that's goals #2 and goals #3 accomplished for this week.
However, goal #1 - Motivation - has taken a big hit today. My boyfriend broke up with me last night :( and right at the moment all I want to do is sit around and eat pizza. I am not motivated to GET motivated, if you know what I mean?
Sigh. I am sure I will feel better soon. Thankfully I told a friend of mine I would come to her party tonight so I will stick with that, even though I don't feel like it, I will go, at least for an hour or so. Happy Friday to me... Bleah!
