I so got my butt kicked on the DDP Yoga Fat burner workout which was the new workout this week. I didn't think I was going to be able to make it through but I did and I'm super super proud of myself for doing all my workouts this week. Next week will be the same as this week
Monday: DDP Yoga Energy! & I do the breathing at the end
Wednesday: DDP Yoga Energy! & Breathing
Friday: DDP Yoga Fat Burner and I will do the breathing on this one too.
I'm super excited about next week already. I can't believe how excited I am over this program I do not get bored at all and I really enjoy my workouts now. I hope everyone has a great weekend and week and I will blog agian on Friday!
