Well, I hope everyone is doing good.

I had a busy night at work last night and am off work tonight. Yay!!

I am going to be looking for more recipes that I can use in the healthy quest for my pouch. I have to keep mainly to protein to get the protein in. I still cannot try any veggies yet-except to have my low sodium v8 juice. Veggies in a drink. I can't eat the veggies.

I need to get a food scale to weigh the meats, etc... I use the other method of approximating the size. I chop up my meats and measure with my measuring cups, etc.... but, with meat since it is so dense I don't get as much in.

On a positive note. I just weighed and it is good!!! I am now down to 209.6!!!

On December 15th they weighed me for my weight at surgery time (that was Dec 17th) and I was-253.2. So, it is going down and soon I will be in what is known as Onederland!!

I am moving right along!!!!
