when i lose my mojo i normally go back to tracking my food, that usually helps me, as for exercize i need to do somthing every day otherwize i get stiff legs,
i have been here on spark for 5 years now, within the first year or so i lost i lost 3 stone since then i have lost the odd pound here and there, so i know the spark way works i have`nt put any weight back on.
my advice? do some exercize every day, even if it is for 5 minuites any movement of your body every day is better than going mad one day and none the next, as for your diet, if you feel like you are going off the rails, track your food for as long as you need until you are ready to go it alone again.
my motovation? all that weight i lost, i never want to get back to that place again
