Just wanted to write these down somewhere to set them in stone.
I've been weighing myself too often and I realise it's not all about the scales so I'm cutting down to twice a week. Once on Friday and once on Monday. Always first thing in the morning. Gauge progress by energy levels and how my clothes fit instead.
Next, going to body combat every Sunday.
Next, not drinking any alcohol at all for a while. I should let my husband have a drink in front of me if he wants to and not get annoyed or tempted by him.
I need to take the time to make some visual goal motivators to put about the place including here. The dresses I want to fit in summer, old pictures of me when I was at a healthier weight, things like that.
Reward: mid April I can buy myself some new clothes with the gift card I have been saving.
