School has started back up and I am back working on that so I generally have less time to get on SP. Did some great activities the past few days went snowshoeing taking advantage of what will most likely be the last snow of the season I also went sledding, that is a workout for sure and a fun one at that. I got in a good run yesterday. I also started Insanity the Asylum on the 6th and I am working my way through than in an effort to improve my athleticism. It is a challenging workout and it induces no shortage of sweat. I am keeping in training for any road races that come up in the meantime and focusing on a couple half marathons that I want to run April 21 and May 18th. This could be a really good year for my running I am running significantly faster and have been able to put some good mileage in. Weight has been steady since I think mid-February which is good I think that I am seeing progress even though the scale hasn't moved things seem to be firming up which is definitely good. Alright enough break for now back to studying I love all of my spark people and can't wait for school to be done (October 8th I will have my Bachelor's degree!) so that I can spark more often.
