I finally got around to ordering the Butt Bible from Amazon, and started the six week program last Friday (March 1st). I did take beginning pics, but they aren't very good as I have yet to master self portraits from the back using a cell phone and a mirror. Go figure! If I remember, I would like to have J take a couple of pics for me tonight before I get any further into the program.
The L1 workouts are relatively easy. I feel like I'm getting a decent workout while I'm doing them, but I don't feel anything the next day. This is in sharp contract to Jillian Michael's Killer Buns & Thighs L1, which leaves me crippled
the following morning. I am, however, enjoying the fact that both the upper body & lower body workouts are only 20 minutes apeice in L1. Having not exercised regulary since the holidays
I'm finding it easier to get back into the swing of things with these quick workouts. They jump up to 30 minutes in L2, and then 40 minutes in L3.
There is almost no cardio in these tapes, so I'm mixing in some runs and Jillian Michael's Killer Abs L1/2. Ideally, I would like 30-40 minutes of cardio 3-4x per week. This might get tricky as the Butt Bible workouts get longer.
