Peace to all my fellow shooting stars!
I'm nervous that I might not have a loss at the weigh in tomorrow. But I'm pulling out all the stops with a 75 minute workout this morning and the same tomorrow. I'm drinking plenty of water and being mindful of what I eat. I would love to maintain the loss I had last week. A bonus would be a pound or two on top of that. We'll see.
I liked the blogging exercise this week. It was a fun way to get to know the team and gain some insight into what everyone is struggling with.
