Living the Good Life - Word to the Team!

Peace to all my fellow shooting stars!
I'm nervous that I might not have a loss at the weigh in tomorrow. But I'm pulling out all the stops with a 75 minute workout this morning and the same tomorrow. I'm drinking plenty of water and being mindful of what I eat. I would love to maintain the loss I had last week. A bonus would be a pound or two on top of that. We'll see.

I liked the blogging exercise this week. It was a fun way to get to know the team and gain some insight into what everyone is struggling with.

    don't stress.. we all have our ups and downs.. we'll still love ya and you will to regardless of what the scale (our least reliable measure of success) shows!

    Well, you've forced me to admit it, I liked the team interaction!! Blogging myself, was a bit harder for me. I do blog, but like once every 6 weeks. I'm hoping that this exercise will at least have me blogging once a week. You will lose something by tomorrow, unless you really lost a lot last week. Then your body likes to replace water and retain some the next week. It's okay, we have 6 more weeks to go though.
