Well, I think I have done pretty good this challenge! I have started eating my freggies, I walked everyday but one, and I have been drinking my water. Last week, I lost a pound, and I hope to have lost another this week:)
I will find out tomorrow!
This has been a great challenge because I wasn't eating any freggies, and I committed to at least one a day, but I have been eating 3 or 4 a day. Grocery shopping really made a difference though!
I have to work today at 2 pm, and they serve lots of veggies for dinner, so I know I will eat plenty today:)
