1 Corinthians 2:3-4
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.

Grace and peace to all and for those that need help, just ask!
Someone might actually decide that your worth their time and effort!
Hopefully you've already decided that you are!
Especially for yourself and your loved ones!
And remember that if they turn you down, its probably because they need help too!
