Planning for when plans go awry- Plan B

Diet Plan B

Keep these on hand:
1. Pre-cut vegetables and lettuce for an immediately available salad.
2. Pre-cooked hard boiled eggs and salmon for ready to eat protein.
3. Can of tuna for quick picnic lunch out.

Any other suggestions or favorites? I'd be grateful if you can share some ideas below.

There are several scenarios that hinder me doing a workout: it is raining, it is too hot (or cold) outside. My bike needs repair. I get very busy and did not prioritize my workout, so I didn't get to it yet.

Workout Plan B

Outside:
1. go to the open air gym
2. take a walk
3. Ride bike

Indoors:
1. treadmill
2. stationary bike
3. walk in front of the TV
4. do strength training while watching TV
5 do a video

    Do you know, I never thought of pre-boiling my eggs. That'll save tons of time!
Sorry I don't have anything to offer back, my eating is an area I still struggle with.
