7) Anything else you would like to share with your Team
-Mainly that I'm not giving up even if I haven't been all that successful with starting this new habit of strength training. I'm taking the advice from one of the comments on my previous blog and doing a "Reward Jar" and maybe even do a "pounds to lose" and "pounds lost" jar. Something visual may help me.
Otherwise, I'll continue with this challenge and hope to make a difference going forward with my health and the team's standings.
