Okay - enough is enough. A self-chastisement/mo

Friday, March 08, 2013

Listen you -- You have had enough "time off." You have made enough excuses. Time to get back on track and continue to progress to your goal.

Yes, you have been great about the exercising. But the eating? No way! Those midnight forays to the kitchen are derailing you and you have been content to rest on your laurels for the success you have seen so far. Listen to your body -- it wants to be lighter, more flexible and smaller. Your heart wants to work less hard while at rest.

Time to get real again.

Perfectly accurate, except good on tracking food, bad on exercising. Please stop reading my mind, lol :)

Umm, *I* could have written this blog to myself. Excellent. And so true. That is what I said to myself on Sunday night and things have been a lot better this week. Go us!

@Nikkicole83 -- Nope -- was yelling at myself -- being gentle wasn't working, LOL.

Were you talking to me? I feel like you were because I am having this struggle right now as we speak. Exercising is so much easier to do than eating right. If weight loss came down to time in the gym or time sweating, I would be stick thin.
