Listen you -- You have had enough "time off." You have made enough excuses. Time to get back on track and continue to progress to your goal.
Yes, you have been great about the exercising. But the eating? No way! Those midnight forays to the kitchen are derailing you and you have been content to rest on your laurels for the success you have seen so far. Listen to your body -- it wants to be lighter, more flexible and smaller. Your heart wants to work less hard while at rest.
Time to get real again.
