Shredded again today. I made it through the workout, but there were a couple times there where I seemed to be having trouble. I'm still on Level one, and while it's true that some of my moves are getting more advanced, I would've thought it would be getting "easier" by now.

Looked at my Trackers-- I've burned more calories this week than I'd planned. (But not a whole lot more.) And while my calories eaten over the course of the week averages out to the middle of my range-- there were 2 days where I pretty much way overdid it and then the rest of the days were at or slightly under the bottom of my range.

So... going forward, I'm going to make an effort to eat in the middle of my range every day, and if I'm hungrier I'll eat the rest of my range in some quality food. I don't think I'll change my Fitness Tracker unless the calorie burn stays up there for a few more weeks.

Shred can be intense but i struggle with some of the harder moves. but it is great to get cardio, abs and strength training in without needing to spend hours of time.
