I'm amazed that I actually blogged every day this week. I made the decision at the beginning of this challenge to try to do every challenge of the "Living the Good Life". By the end of the challenge I really want to be at my goal weight and developing these new habits should help me get their. Also developing these habits will help me maintain the life I want to live in my future. I don't want to go back to the way I was. It wasn't good, and it definately wasn't healthy.
