The biggest thing I guess that I want to share with my team is emoticon
The encouragement and support is emoticon
The journey to a healthy lifestyle is a hard road of change but with Sparks that has been made easier and much more pleasant than anything that I have ever found.
Each day I look forward to my goals and what I can accomplish. Some days are better than others but the support here keeps you going an going.
Joining in on the team challenges are one of the best things that I found here to motivate and challenge myself to push for my goals. The friendships made here are the icing on the cake! I couldn't ask for anything more!

I had a rough day yesterday with my back. Today it is feeling some better. I really appreciate all the well wishes I received! We thought we were leaving yesterday but the truck didn't get finished after all. Today at lunch they say it will be done. I will be so glad to get moving again. Today I will be just taking it easy and giving my back the break it needs to feel better. Healthy food options will be my focus!

    I love our A team encouragement also. My back is better this year than last and when I got back on here last spring I could only walk 10 minutes at a time before my back would scream at me. After losing 30lbs last year and just being consistent with my walking( I would walk 2-10minute sessions a day at first) I finally got to the point where I can now walk for 20minutes stretches. You are doing great!!!! emoticon

    I am sure you're anxious to get started back home and back on your usual routine. Next week's LTGL is stretching and I am sure your back will appreciate that after the way it felt this week.

    Absolutely right, TT!! Stretching will be a great thing for Kristy's back! No reason for you to wait until tomorrow to start stretching though, can count it as exercise minutes for today! LOL
