Hi Teddy Bear Team Mates and 5% Challengers!!
I am using this opportunity as we end our week of required healthy blogging to think back on why we do these Challenges and how this weeks LTGL has benefited me!!
I began the week with some basic goals...mix up the kind of exercise that I do, increase my fiber intake and decrease my fat intake. All with the goal of better health and seeing weight loss on my scale. As the week progressed I determined that I want these changes I have made to become permanent life style changes.
I realized that as I blogged daily and got feedback from my team mates that what seemed like a possibility at the beginning of the week has become a reality. I know I can do this one day at a time because the ideas and encouragement of by fellow bears and spark buddies has not only made this week possible but has motivated me to keep going!!
So I want to thank the 5% challenge leaders for this assignment!! Won't you give them a Woo Hoo too!!! They have made this weeks LTGL one that has motivated all of us to step out of our comfort zones and make some amazing changes!!
I also want to thank each of you....as I have walked through this week you have made comments on my blogs and left notes and sparkgoodies on my spark page (I was Teddy Bear in the spotlight this week too!!)!!! All of your support and ideas and encouragement have made me not only able to make changes this week but to see them as possible as part of a long term healthy life style.
