March goals week 1 update...

One week under my belt and things are going perfectly as planned! Here's how the first week looked with results

Goal: Nutrition green monster daily, eating clean and 8 freggies day!
Results: Green monster and clean eating daily...check!

Goal: Water 10 glasses
Results: F: 10, S: 10, S:10, M: 10, T: 11, W: 11, Th: 10

Goal: march thru March with step ups
Results: F: 600, S: 700, S: 100, M: 200, T: 300, W: 400, Th: 500 = 2800

Goal: Fitness Work smarter not longer plan with NTC/Stepper Circuits, Boxing and Treadmill
Results: All planned workouts completed. Calories burned F: 799, S: 709, S: 636, M: 734, T: 789, W: 607, Th: 878

Goal: Daily Deficit of -500+
Results: Deficits ~ F: -1030, S: -1099, S: -1026, M: -1045, T: -1141, W: -963, Th: -1023

Goal: 5% monthly loss
Results: Week 1 down 4.4 pounds= 2.83%

Onward to another successful, focused week! emoticon
