First off I know that it's more beneficial to focus on the good things when it comes to weight loss than to harp on the negative. So I will suffice it to say that yesterday was not the best but I already feel better and I'm back on track.
So I was happy to see that I had lost some weight for my weigh in today! I worked really hard and I'm happy with that result. Also, I know that I didn't weigh in the first two weeks and I know that I was around 263...so it's probably actually more like ten pounds!!! YES!!
I also just want to point out that (most of) the eDiets food...is so good. Yesterday was awesome; i had soft chicken tacos, pancakes, apple sausage, and Swedish chicken meatballs. Today I had stuffed french toast (140 calories!!!!) and it was so good. Really hit the spot.
I need to come up with some type of reminder and develop a routine for getting into the habit of taking my meds. The first day on Metformin was not bad at all. I didn't notice any side effect (forgot it yesterday) and I'm going to go take it now. I know that inconsistently taking your meds can be just as bad as not taking them at all so I'm adding 'taking my meds' to my "other goals" to track.
Today I'm thinking of doing one of the zuma routines I found on YouTube!
