I drink a protein shake every morning. I used to use Whey protein until my homeopathic doctor told me about Hemp protein. The one he recommended has 16 g of protein. He told me that the veggie based protein is digested quicker and better. I believe it is helping me with my anemia and energy level. I mix it with hershey coco powder, stevia to taste, and 2 tbl of chia seeds. I can't say enough about this as it really fills me up and keeps me satisfied but more importantly I swear I just feel better!
So I know I have mentioned it before but thought that it deserved another mention.
