After trying to get my 8 hrs of sleep last night it is already after 10 a.m.! I am usually up and out the door by now getting in my steps for the day. This week I have been trying to burn up 3,500 calories so I can take tomorrow off then start again on Sunday. It seems hard to stay motivated some days. I read a blog that said, "don't think about it, just do it", which I do tell myself from time to time and it does work. To get motivated today I looked to SP for some motivation to burn off the last 678 cals. Reading SP this morning really helped me to decide even though it is after 10 I will still get out that door and get moving to meet my goal!
