I practice yoga or tai chi first thing in the morning during the week, but have gotten up early enough last Sunday and again this morning and got a practice in. Nice way to start the weekend. Tomorrow AM (Sunday) will be a more of a challenge as we are going out to dinner with my older kids and my son and fiance are spending the night. They just got engaged earlier this week so I suspect we may be up a little late tonight!
