Go Dawggies Go!!!!
I fell behind on blogging this week.
I ran on the treadmill three times this past week.
Each time I went for 3.1 miles - a little further each time counting cool down
I started tracking my time for the 3.1 and was able to better my time by about one minute each run. Woo Hoo!
On Wednesday, after my workout and into Thursday, I had a what I will call a "tickle" in my knee which is troublesome.
I am slowing down until my knee recovers. I am able to do other exercise, walking, biking, etc. So, I would appreciate any advise about my knee.
My first scheduled 5K is on April 27th. Currently, I plan on strengthening my knees this month, continuing with the treadmill and starting to walk /run outside in April.
PS I am very motivated and thrilled to be a SUDS team member for the Winter into Spring challenge. We are the BEST!
