Ok, I know this diet plays by the 80/20 rule, but cheating a little every day just isn't acceptable! Not that I did today, but I did yesterday, and a tiny bit the day before.
Today hit me with a second day of extreme tiredness mid-afternoon. Otherwise it was a good, non-cheating day, yesterday! I rode the bike for 6.35 miles in 39:03, stopped at Steve's for some produce. After dinner I tried the new core and butt workouts I found in Fitness Magazine, and holy cow!! Those are brutal. I was exhausted after, took a shower and was in bed by 9:30. I can't wait to do those again on Saturday!
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs
Mid-morning: 20 oz raw fruit juice (apples, pear, plum, lemon slice)
Lunch: Normal salad
Mid-afternoon: 20 oz raw veggie juice (tomatoes, beet, fennel, peppers, celery, cucumber, ginger) and a handful of trail mix
Dinner: California-style Chicken Cordon Bleu (chicken topped with deli ham, avocado, and swiss cheese) with an avocado, tomato and red onion salad
