As of today I have lost 19 lbs! I hope I can keep this going. Sometimes it just has to click in my head that there are no short cuts to fitness and weight loss. Diet change and excercise are the key. So far I have walked two days this week. Tuesday I walked over 2 miles. Yesterday I walked about 1.5 miles. Had to cut it short due to work issues.
