As of today I have lost 19 lbs! I hope I can keep this going. Sometimes it just has to click in my head that there are no short cuts to fitness and weight loss. Diet change and excercise are the key. So far I have walked two days this week. Tuesday I walked over 2 miles. Yesterday I walked about 1.5 miles. Had to cut it short due to work issues.

    Thank you! I'm going to start getting up early and working out. That is the best time. Luckily, I get an hour for lunch and work 5 minutes from a beach board walk and walking track. This week I have been walking the track but next week will hit the board walk again. The track gets a little boring. ha ha ha

    Great job. I don't know if it would work for you, but I'm a working mom too and I have pretty good luck working out in the early morning before work or mom duty calls.
