Changing old patterns/habits is accomplished when I decide I have arrived at a place in my life that I do not like and recognize I placed myself there by my actions. I have to identify the cause and effect and desire to stiop the cause to avoid the effect. The challenge team adds to my motivation by making me realize that I am not the only one that can benefit by my changes as well as I will harm others by not staying the course. Thanks for the help team.
