Well for the last week I have not gain or lost anything.

Sometimes I feel like giving up on my weight lost.

don't give up! emoticon i don't weigh myself every week because i tend to obsess about what the scale says. emoticon so i try to weigh once a month. i don't even have the scale out.

focus on nonscale victories like your clothes fitting better, making healthier food choices, being more active!

The scale is awesome for reflecting your relationship with gravity, but it is no good at showing you all the other changes that are happening with you.

What about all the non-scale victories like tracking your nutrition every day, drinking your 64 ounces of water, the way your clothing fits, and how your measurements are changing?

Why choose to fail when success is an option? (Jillian Michaels)

It always comes back to choice.

Whether it's to do something, nothing, or choose not to make a choice, ultimately we're choosing.

We can succeed. We can *do* this.

I wish you much success on your journey!

NO, don't give up! emoticon Lower your calories by 100, choose healthy, take a walk everyday and JUST DO IT!

I've increased my exercise, but have been gaining muscle so the scale has gone up a little. I know muscle weighs more than fat, but it's still a "mind game."

Take your measurements...waist, hips and thighs. Your measurements may be getting smaller without seeing the scale move. Mine have gotten smaller with the scale going up 2 lbs.

emoticon You've got this!!!!!

Don't give up. I know how frustrating it is. I am going with not gaining & losing part since 1 yr. But I am happy that I am not gaining. Just keep it up. Make some changes and you will see the results. I want to make changes but I can't due to responsibilities and other excuses.

But for you dear..KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND DON'T GIVE UP emoticon

I know it's frustrating, but you will see changes if you keep on keeping on. Meanwhile, you are keeping your body healthier by making better choices.
