I am amazed now watching other peoples food intake.
I was one of those people. Not really understanding portion sizes or how food could effect my mood. fitness and health.
I have been tracking my food and sodium intake since my heart attack in September.
I feel fantastic. I have loss 32lbs and I am on my way to a healthier life style.
It is hard for me not to say something to these people like "you are killing yourself eating that double cheeseburger, fries and extra large soda!!"
But I hold my tongue. Do they really want to hear this? I didn't.
