I have been exercising regularly for about 9 months now.
Over time, I have seen my stamina improve, though lately it's been more noticeable. I can jump higher in step class and hold planks for longer periods of time. I'm pretty sure that my posture is improving, too.
My measurements, when I remember to take them, haven't changed very much, however. Today when I did my measurements, there were actual RESULTS! I lost 0.6 pounds since last month (down 3 overall since January) and waist and thigh measurements are down, too. Until today, no measurements moved a single inch since I started tracking! Lately I had noticed my pants were fitting a little better, so actually seeing the numbers go down is a great motivator!
