Wow is all I can say. It's really hard to come bach here in defeat. I have been dealing with my son's severe depression. This triggered my own depression. Somehow I quit smoking thru all of this, but in the meantime I gained about everything I lost right back. The good thing is my son is still here. I am weening myself back.

Hope you are both feeling better and little steps will get you back on track. It isn't easy starting over but at least you know that you can do it.

My son has been battling depression for about a year and a half now, so I know what you're going through. Just hang in there.

Congrats on quitting smoking, though! That's awesome.

My son suffers from depression, too, and it's hard to separate his problems from mine sometimes.

Put one foot in front of the other. As long as you are moving, you will stay in motion. Good luck and welcome back!
