If you have been following my blogs this week, it has been all about trying to get enough sleep. I have no trouble falling asleep. My problem is staying asleep. I wake up to go to the bathroom, and then often have a terrible time falling back to sleep. And regardless of when I go to sleep, I inevitably awake around 4:00am.
I think the most frustrating thing about trying to improve on this area of my health is that it feels like something I have no control over. Unlike tracking food or doing a workout, sleep is not something I can put on my to-do list and then make a check mark next to it when it's done. I'll keep trying. I do appreciate all the helpful suggestions from my SparkFriends. Thank you all.
Now I have to go shovel...it's snowing to beat the band out there...
