I'd just like to say thank you to each and everyone who has offered support. I still feel motivated and have kept to my healthier lifestyle quite well.
I have found myself "craving" things with iron in them. During this time I ate everything containing iron. (This including loads of red meat.) This was one of the main reasons my weight-loss slowed down a bit.
Well, I'm pleased to say that by allowing myself to eat these things in moderation, I found myself "craving" less, and sticking by my "diet" more.
So we learn these things as we go. And we just don't get discouraged. I have lost 7kg in a month. I can't really see the difference but I have had people asking: "Have you lot weight?"
This motivates me even more. I might not see it, but I feel it. I already have more energy.
So excited to see the outcome of this month.
