Early March already

Time and an extra kilogram have caught up with me and I am beginning firstly to run out of excuses not to tackle the gain and secondly beginning to realise summer and holidays are only just around the corner.

I have been on standby to be my daughter's birth partner for the last several weeks and she has now had a son on Monday 4th, so that excuse is now out of the way.

The nights are getting much lighter and I am not working quite so much every weekend, so that excuse is out of the way.

I have a lovely box of fresh organic fruit and veg delivered every Friday morning, so don't have to go to the supermarket to buy it, so that excuse is out of the way.

I track my food and am aware of what I should/shouldn't be eating. I even joined one of the challenges last week.

So a little moan here, I feel a bit let down I now have a little extra on my thighs, midriff and pot belly. I really need to get a handle on this, soon, or I'm going to have put on more weight and will be heading back to 80kg again.

Must get it together soon. If anyone would like to leave me a motivational message, please do so, it will be very welcome. xx

    I understand your struggle. I have similar problems and have just made too many excuses. It's our time get motivated and back on track!
