Hi all you brave Sparkies,

Last night while reading in bed, I noticed that my glasses kept sliding down my nose - in fact it got quite irritating! Then I had a light-bulb moment - they no longer fit snugly because my head has lost weight!

I had a little giggle and carried on reading the Spark! A very helpful book, by the way!
